Personal Assistant (PA)

The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide administrative and personal support to the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper and right hand. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s agenda, including business and personal appointments, meetings, travel, and events.

• Communication: Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO—emails, calls, and messages—ensuring timely responses and discretion.

• Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Travel Management: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transport).

• Personal Assistance: Manage aspects of the CEO’s personal tasks

• Office & Team: Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers.

• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

• High level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential matters

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient with digital tools

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible with a hands-on mentality

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage

• Located in or near Amsterdam
