Personal Assistant (f/m/d) - Chair of Innovation and Corporate Transformation

General information:
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant (f/m/d) to support our Chair of Innovation and Corporate Transformation on a part-time basis (25% / 9.63 hours per week with the option to increase to 50% / 19.25 hours per week at a later date), starting as soon as possible.

This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract.

Your mission:
• You will provide administrative and organizational support to the Chairholder
• You will coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
• You will handle correspondence in English as well as German and support with travel planning and expense management 
• You will act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• You will maintain the chair's website
• You will support the planning and implementation of workshops and in-house events

Your profile:
• A professional and confident manner with very good German and English communication and writing skills is essential.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with a high degree of independence and team spirit.
• High level of self-motivation, flexibility, and commitment.
• Very good user skills in Microsoft Office 365.
