Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, and supporting executive-level functions. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily calendars, appointments, and meetings
• Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
• Organize and prioritize incoming requests and tasks
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Assist in project management and follow-ups as needed
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
