Your role

The Performance Partnerships Associate will support the execution and optimization of performance-based commercial partnerships in the UAE market. This role focuses on managing day-to-day delivery, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across affiliate and outcome-driven partnership initiatives. The role works closely with commercial, operations, and analytics teams to ensure partnerships are launched efficiently, performance is tracked accurately, and revenue commitments are met.

Your responsibilities

• Support the execution of performance-based partnerships from launch through completion.

• Ensure campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, and monitored throughout their lifecycle.

• Track delivery against agreed objectives, budgets, and timelines.

• Identify execution or performance issues early and support resolution.

• Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate and performance partnerships in the UAE.

• Ensure correct tracking, attribution, and partner setup.

• Monitor partner performance and highlight opportunities for optimization or improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams to address performance or technical issues.

• Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics such as orders, revenue, and efficiency indicators.

• Identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities across live partnerships.

• Support performance reviews and contribute to data-driven recommendations.

• Work with senior stakeholders to implement approved optimizations.

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for operational partnership matters.

• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, product, merchandising, and analytics.

• Support post-campaign reporting and performance summaries.

• Ensure clear communication and smooth execution across stakeholders.

• Maintain clean documentation, logs, and performance records.

• Support ongoing optimization and testing initiatives.

Your expertise:

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in Performance marketing, Affiliate partnerships, Marketplace (Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or agency environments is a plus).

• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or ad platforms.

Skills:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attributes:

• Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working with performance metrics and commercial data.
