Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency that helps both established brands and fast-growing startups expand their online presence.They combine expertise across three core areas: Connections (paid search, social, streaming, and audio), Commerce (Amazon DSP, retail media, SEO, and product optimization), and Creative (brand strategy, content creation, scalable production, and web development). The team drives growth for brands by executing data-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.

What you will do:

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Motion Designer to join our client's team and help them produce scroll-stopping content that converts. If you live and breathe social media, know how to tell a story in 15 seconds or less, and have an eye for detail, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Produce engaging edits using motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to strengthen storytelling and performance
• Create and produce high-quality, high-volume, high-performing design solutions across a range of clients for paid social
• Design paid social assets across multiple platforms, considering diverse placements and safe zones
• Apply brand guidelines to develop cohesive and compelling visual storytelling
• Quickly learn the nuances of designing for specific channels, including commerce/retail and social
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually engaging and effective digital designs for websites, retail platforms, social media, and other digital channels
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Design with performance in mind by leveraging data and reporting to optimize creative outcomes
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance design capabilities

Requirements:
• 3+ years of design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including paid and organic social, bonus e-commerce or retail-focused designs on Amazon
• Strong skills in static design, video editing, and motion animation for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snap, X, etc.)
• Content creation experience, with the ability to quickly shoot content to fill client asset gaps
• Strong understanding of how design impacts performance on paid social platforms
• Solid foundation in design principles, including form, color, texture, and typography across digital and print mediums
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe, with the ability to use them for layout, collaboration, and design system work
• AI-fluent, with the ability to incorporate AI into design processes
• Ability to interpret and apply centralized style guides and patterns to both existing and new assets with minimal supervision
• Bonus: Experience building Amazon assets, including PDPs (Product Detail Pages), Brand Storefronts, A+ Content, and Premium A+ modules

Benefits:
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (EST hours)
• Salary: 2,500 - 2,800 USD Monthly
• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
• Contract: Independent Contractor
