The Opportunity
Our media team is at the forefront of driving results for our clients, and we’re looking for a Performance Media Strategist who loves all things paid media to join our dynamic media team. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing digital performance strategies across multiple retail and e-commerce accounts amongst other verticals. You’ll lead the charge in maximizing ROI through data-driven decisions and spearheading digital ad campaigns. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our clients' success in the competitive online marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging social channels
• Own budget allocation, pacing, and performance optimizations in order to drive performance goals such as sales and customer acquisition
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Partner closely with creative teams to inform messaging, formats, and testing approaches
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation across audiences, creative, platforms, and campaign structures
• Present performance results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media and digital performance
• Take ownership of performance media initiatives, driving results aligned with client goals and being accountable for outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
• 3+ years in a performance focussed paid media role, ideally with a strong focus on retail and e-commerce
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs
Bonus Points!:
• Experience in feed management across Google and Meta is not required but highly preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as DataFeedWatch, Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and reporting platforms like Looker Studio is a strong asset
