We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale paid acquisition across AppLovin and other paid social platforms.
This role is focused entirely on performance marketing execution—launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive profitable customer acquisition for DTC e-commerce brands.
You will work closely with creative, growth, and leadership teams to test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns. This is not a brand-awareness role. This is data-first, profit-focused media buying.
Key Responsibilities
AppLovin Campaign Management
• Launch, manage, and scale AppLovin campaigns
• Monitor performance daily (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
• Optimize budgets and bids to improve profitability
• Identify creative fatigue and scaling opportunities
• Test new audiences and campaign structures
Paid Social Campaign Execution
Manage campaigns across platforms including:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• TikTok Ads
• AppLovin
Responsibilities include:
• Building campaign structures aligned with performance goals
• Testing multiple creative variations for scale
• Adjusting targeting, placements, and bidding strategies
Creative & Testing Strategy
• Collaborate closely with video editors and creative teams
• Provide structured feedback on ad performance
• Develop systematic testing frameworks for hooks, angles, and offers
• Identify winning creatives and scale aggressively
• Pause or eliminate underperforming ads quickly and efficiently
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and optimize for key KPIs, including:
• CPA
• ROAS
• CTR
• Conversion Rate
• AOV
Additional responsibilities:
• Build weekly performance reports
• Identify trends and actionable insights
• Recommend scaling decisions based on data
Budget & Scaling Management
• Manage daily and monthly ad budgets
• Ensure campaigns remain profitable at scale
• Identify scaling thresholds
• Forecast spend versus return projections

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in performance media buying
• Experience managing Meta and/or TikTok Ads
• Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably
• Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce funnels
• Comfortable working inside ad dashboards daily
• Experience working with U.S.-based DTC brands
• Experience managing $50k+ monthly ad spend
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
• Experience collaborating closely with video editors and creative teams
