We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth team and help us scale our presence in the Italian market. As a B Corp-certified company, we are committed to high standards of social and environmental impact—while maintaining a fast-paced, result-oriented growth trajectory.

You will be the driving force behind our paid acquisition strategy in Italy, ensuring we reach the right audience through a mix of technical precision and creative experimentation.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Management: Manage and optimise paid channels with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta, ensuring consistent scaling of budgets and results.

• Technical Reporting & Insights: Own the reporting cycle, turning complex data sets into actionable learnings to optimise future campaigns and creative assets.

• Testing & Optimisation: Initiate and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks, focusing specifically on Landing Page performance and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to produce high-performing assets based on performance data.

• Scaling & Growth: Implement strategies to scale the business in Italy, maintaining a balance between aggressive volume growth and efficiency.

🛠 Technical Expertise: Google Ads

While you will manage multiple channels, we require deep technical proficiency in Google Ads:

• Advanced Architecture & Bidding: Expert management of Search (RSA), Performance Max (PMax), and Shopping structures, with a focus on feeding the algorithm high-quality signals and utilising Smart Bidding (tCPA/tROAS) effectively.

• Feed & Technical Management: Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center (feed rules/supplemental feeds) and a solid understanding of tracking protocols like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Enhanced Conversions.

💎 What You Bring

• Experience: At least 2-3 years in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling businesses.

• Languages: Native Italian speaker with Fluent English skills (essential for international team collaboration).

• Mindset: Highly organised, process-driven, and "hands-on." You enjoy digging into the details as much as looking at the big-picture business goals.

• The "Plus" Factors: Know-how in TikTok Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Influencer-led performance is a significant advantage.

• Creativity: A natural ability to bridge the gap between hard data and creative storytelling.

⏳ The interview process:

• Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for 45 minutes, carried out remotely.

• Take home task: This will be sent to you via email and will be used to understand more about your technical skills.

• Skills interview: 60 minutes remote call where the team will be learning more about your technical capabilities.

• Behaviours interview: 60 minutes in person interview in our office in Milan where you will meet with more squad members, who will be assessing your alignment to the behaviours required to be successful in this role.

We usually expect our interview process to take 3-5 weeks, end to end.
