What You’ll Be Doing

• Launch, scale, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other key channels
• Collaborate closely with marketing artists and product teams to develop and test creative assets
• Manage 3rd party relationships with Customer Success Managers
• Own campaign strategy, performance analysis, and continuous A/B testing
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively for maximum ROI
• Analyze funnel data using tools like Adjust and AppsFlyer to improve conversion and retention
• Discover new growth opportunities through channel and format experimentation
• Help define how we market AI-powered experiences to global audiences

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in mobile apps or games
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Passion for rapid experimentation, data analysis, and creative testing
• Highly proactive and comfortable with ownership from day one
• Proactive, self-directed, fast, focused, and responsive; comfortable working at a startup-style pace
• Experience in creative testing and performance feedback loops
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust
• Background in AI or mobile consumer products
• Ability to work from our Istanbul office at least two days per week
