Performance Marketing Specialist

PlusMinusOne is a mobile startup studio that focuses on developing and marketing its own apps that are used and loved by millions of people around the world. Our products collectively reach more than a half-million new users every month in the US market alone. Our team works in hybrid model with offices in San Francisco and Istanbul.

We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories, our goal is the same: provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience.

We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an exceptional Performance Marketing Specialist
who will help us shape the future of mobile.

Who are we looking for:

2+ years of paid user acquisition experience, preferably with consumer mobile apps

Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Adwords, Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat, Apples Search Ads or programmatic advertising.

Good understanding of KPIs such as LTV, CAC, CPA, eCPI, eCPM, ROI, ROAS, CTR

Familiarity with tracking tools for mobile advertising campaigns

Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail orientation with proven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights,

Self-motivated, hands-on, and a proactive team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

University degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics

Responsibilities:

Managing and optimizing the performance marketing campaigns for the digital channels which are listed above

Analyzing and optimizing various steps in user funnel, to increase the effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns

Create, maintain, and distribute tracking and reporting against core KPI

Provide input and data-driven insights to the creative team

Work directly with design and external partners to develop creative and compelling assets

Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
