• Job Summary: Performance Marketing Specialist, specializing in media buying, is a critical role within the marketing team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of turning data insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful media buying campaigns, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Job Responsibilities
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google AdWords, ....)
• Manage media buying activities across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, display networks, and emerging platforms.
• Set up, optimize, and manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
• Utilize social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to reach targeted audiences and achieve campaign goals.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage media buying budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 1-3years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on media buying.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
