Required Skills
Job Description
At Amenitiz, we're on a mission to simplify hospitality management - empowering over 15,000 independent hoteliers to run smarter, not harder.
We're more than just another SaaS scale-up. We're revolutionizing one of the world's oldest industries. Backed by over $80M from top-tier VCs who support disruptive giants like Alibaba, Toast, Zendesk, Delivery Hero, Revolut, and Loom, we've been recognized as a TravelTech Titan and one of Wired's hottest start-ups.
From our Barcelona HQ, we turn bold ideas into real impact, ownership into innovation, and collaboration into results that matter - every single day.
About the role
At Amenitiz, we're on a mission to redefine how independent hoteliers grow their business in a digital-first world. As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across our key acquisition channels - helping us reach the right hoteliers, at the right moment, with the right message.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone early in their performance marketing career who is hungry to grow. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing lead and broader marketing team to run, optimize, and report on campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue.
This role is based in our Barcelona office and reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
Your missions
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, YouTube/Display, and Reddit.
• Monitor campaign performance daily - adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to hit efficiency and volume targets.
• Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages, and help translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives.
• Maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions, and UTM tracking to ensure accurate attribution.
• Contribute to regular performance reports, surfacing insights on what's working and what needs attention.
• Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging best practices across channels.
About you
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience running paid social and paid search campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (YouTube/Display and Reddit experience is a plus).
• Comfortable working with performance data - you know your way around CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and can spot what a metric is telling you.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for lead tracking, and Looker or similar BI tools for reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - you take pride in clean account structures and reliable tracking.
• A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and flags issues early.
• Business-level English required. Additional languages are a strong plus - particularly Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese, given our multi-market presence.
Our offer
• Stock options - with a back-loaded vesting schedule.
• Comprehensive health insurance
• On-demand salary access - no need to wait until the end of the month
• A structured career path with defined criteria at every level
• Flexible benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options
• Any book, purchased for you, plus access to a shared team library
• An international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs
