Position Summary
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven digital campaigns. You will plan, execute and optimize performance marketing initiatives across paid channels, with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability and ROI.
You will work closely with cross-country teams (Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Mexico), as well as creative and analytics stakeholders, to translate business objectives into high-performing acquisition and conversion strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on execution, and a continuous optimization mindset, with the ultimate goal of maximizing performance across the full funnel.
Responsibilities
• Support the setup, execution and ongoing optimization of performance marketing campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Assist in budget tracking, pacing and performance forecasting across channels.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, content and design teams to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
• Support A/B testing initiatives for ads, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, performance marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Exposure to agency environments or experience collaborating closely with agencies is a plus
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actions.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel / Google Sheets).
• Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, funnels and KPIs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
