The Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing - Senior Account Executive to join our client's centralised team supporting a multinational brand from the motor industry across multiple European markets. Based in Athens, you’ll play a key role in delivering digital excellence across Paid Search and Paid Social channels, working closely with local markets and internal stakeholders.
This role doesn’t involve direct team management but requires strong platform expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple countries. A solid grasp of biddable platforms and advanced use of Google Sheets are essential.
What You'll Do
• Manage the day-to-day execution of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across several European markets.
• Ensure all activity follows platform best practices and aligns with client goals and market-specific nuances.
• Contribute to the campaign testing roadmap – proposing, launching, and evaluating tests with analytical precision.
• Prepare and review weekly and monthly performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with local market teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
• Uphold strong QA standards across campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting processes.
What You Bring
• At least 2 years of solid experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Paid Search & Paid Social).
• High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio is a plus.
• A strong understanding of digital KPIs, optimisation levers, and media buying principles.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment with shifting priorities.
• Google and Meta certifications (a plus).
The job offers 1 day work from home per week and fully remote during August.
