The Role

We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition strategy and execution across core and emerging channels. This role is responsible for driving efficient, scalable growth through rigorous experimentation, optimization and close collaboration with other teams. You will be expected to think strategically, test relentlessly and continuously improve signal quality and outcomes as Wizard scales.

What You’ll Do

• Own paid acquisition strategy and day to day execution across Meta, Google, Reddit and future channels

• Manage budgets, pacing and channel mix to balance efficiency and scale

• Continuously optimize campaigns and design and run structured experiments

• Launch and test new channels, formats and strategies

• Analyze performance data to identify insights and opportunities. Iterate quickly based on results and share documented learnings across teams.

• Work closely with the data teams to define success metrics, testing and reporting.

• Partner with Creative to define what to test and why

• Build and maintain performance documentation (tests, results, decisions)

• Paid acquisition scales with improving or stable efficiency

• Clear understanding of what drives high intent users

• Strong experimentation cadence with documented learnings

• Tight alignment with other teams

• A paid growth engine built for long term sustainability

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid growth roles

• Hands on experience managing paid channels

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data

• Experience with consumer or marketplace products

• Bonus: experience in Agentic AI or e-Commerce spaces

Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000-$175,000, and will vary based on skills, experience, role level, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined by considering these factors alongside overall role scope and responsibilities.
