The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition through high-impact paid campaigns across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels

• Drive high-quality lead acquisition and improve funnel conversion

• Continuously optimise budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve performance

• Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

Work closely with content/design teams to improve ad effectiveness

Requirements:
• 2–3 years experience in performance marketing

• B2C experience preferred

• Prior EdTech experience (higher-ed or scaled consumer product) preferred

• Strong analytical and execution mindset
