About the role:

As the Paid Search Marketing Manager for the DE/AT market, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability through expertly managed paid search campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, shaping how we connect with both sides of our marketplace - homeowners and tradespeople. We are looking for a high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to consistently improving performance while exploring new opportunities to innovate and expand. This role reports to a Performance Marketing Lead

What you’ll do:

• Owning the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability.

• Conducting in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analyzing performance to continually improve profitability and ROAS.

• Partnering with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights.

• Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth.

This role gives you the chance to make a real impact while working in an environment that encourages innovation and data-driven experimentation. Your contributions will directly shape the success of our paid marketing efforts in a key European market.

Who you are:

• 2-4 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Experience with budget management, bid optimisation, and performance tracking.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with display or video advertising as a supplementary skill.

• Experience with marketplace management

• Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques.
