Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) Employment: Full-time 40 hours, fixed-term for 2 years, flexible working hours Team: Bayer Performance Hub Location: Düsseldorf, Leverkusen (Hybrid: 2 days on-site), Hamburg (possible)

Your mission:
In this role, you will play a key part in implementing the Bayer brands such as Aspirin, Bepanthen, and Iberogast, and work closely with the Bayer Vital DE team. This combination gives you the opportunity to help shape a global brand in a dynamic, digital environment - while gaining valuable insights into both the corporate and scale-up worlds. You will enhance the impact of performance marketing activities by choosing the right formats, targeting, and bidding strategies for a diverse range of brands You will manage a variety of activations, including newsletters, category banners, and cross-selling initiatives across key eRetailers like Redcare and DocMorris You will analyze the performance of our brands and optimize results through targeted conversion strategies You will conduct A/B tests to compare ads, landing pages, and target audiences, improving onsite presence You will collaborate closely with the eCOM and digital marketing teams to ensure the effective implementation of your performance measures with customers You will contribute to one brand team as the eCom representative, helping to define a growth plan that aligns with the dynamics of the eCom business

Your profile:
You have initial experience in eCommerce performance marketing, whether from a brand or shop perspective You make data-driven decisions and can quickly adjust strategies as needed You are an organizational talent, skilled in managing projects and stakeholders You are assertive and work well in a team-oriented environment You are fluent in both English and German
