Bei dieser Position handelt es sich um eine befristete Elternzeitvertretung.

• Steuerung und Umsetzung der Performance-Marketing-Strategie sowie der -Ziele in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team Lead Marketing
• Planung, Umsetzung, Optimierung und Reporting von Online-Kampagnen über verschiedene Tools und Plattformen (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Planung, Umsetzung, Optimierung und Reporting unserer Newsletter-Kampagnen in Abstimmung mit dem Marketing-Team
• Definition und Erstellung von Materialien für digitale Kampagnen und Promotions in Zusammenarbeit mit den Grafikdesigner:innen
• Durchführung von A/B-Tests sowie Recherche nach neuen Ansätzen zur Maximierung von Conversions und Kampagnenwirkung
• Organisatorische Aufgaben wie Budget- und Zeitplanung, Pflege des Marketingkalenders, Rechnungskontrolle und Sicherstellung der KPI-Erreichung

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Performance Marketing, KPIs und Conversion-Optimierung
• Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Kampagnen für spezifische Kanäle: Google Ads & Meta Ads (SEA & Paid Social)
• Kenntnisse der META- und Google-Business- sowie Analytics-Tools sowie von CRM-Schnittstellen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine starke Hands-on-Mentalität
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Motivation sowie analytisches Denken
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

Nice To Have

• Erfahrung im E-Mail-Marketing im E-Commerce-Umfeld
• Kenntnisse spezifischer Tools (z. B. Smartly, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
