We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager with 4–10 years of experience in paid marketing and performance-driven growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of managing high-performing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and measurable ROI.
You will work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to develop scalable acquisition strategies, experiment with new growth channels, and continuously improve campaign performance through data insights and optimization.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across major digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy focused on driving user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently and allocate spend across channels to maximize return on ad spend.
• Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets.
• Work closely with product, growth, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Implement and manage tracking systems, attribution models, and analytics tools to measure campaign performance accurately.
• Explore and test emerging paid acquisition channels, ad formats, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, paid advertising tools, and digital marketing innovations.
Required Qualifications
• 4–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Marketing roles with a strong focus on digital acquisition.
• Proven experience managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience working with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable marketing improvements.
• Experience managing campaign budgets and delivering measurable ROI and growth metrics.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bid strategies, retargeting, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-first approach to decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience running campaigns for SaaS, consumer internet, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with SQL, marketing dashboards, or advanced data analysis tools is a plus.
