Performance Marketing Executive (Growth & Operations)

Over the last 9 years, Trackier has helped create industry standards in Performance Marketing and Mobile Marketing products and have helped brands grow their website conversions through partners by our suite of products across Performance, eCommerce, Mobile.

Trackier is Customisable Performance Marketing Software used by Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers to manage publisher relations. The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.

Role

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to learn, experiment, and grow across multiple facets of marketing and business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing, CRM analytics, and partner collaborations, giving you a holistic understanding of how growth really works in a SaaS setup.

You’ll get the opportunity to work across the entire marketing funnel - from acquisition to conversion and beyond, owning and understanding each stage along the way. If you’re curious, proactive, and keen to build both analytical and execution skills in a fast-paced environment, you’ll find this role both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other similar platforms
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI
• Support A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Coordinate with content/design teams to improve campaign output

CRM & Data Analytics

• Work with lead management and prospecting software to derive actionable insights
• Track user journeys across the funnel from lead to conversion
• Analyze campaign and CRM data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities

Growth & Operations

• Reach out to potential partners for integrations with our SaaS platform
• Initiate conversations and set up calls/demos with relevant stakeholders
• Support and coordinate co-marketing activities with partners within our ecosystem
• Maintain organized records of outreach and partner pipelines

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or related domain
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Exposure to martech platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An edge in leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, campaign optimization, or workflow efficiency is essential
