We are seeking a hands-on digital marketing professional responsible for the execution, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising platforms. The role focuses on disciplined campaign planning, daily performance monitoring, budget management, and continuous optimization to achieve defined acquisition and revenue objectives, while working closely with internal creative and analytics teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms
• Build, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube
• Develop targeting strategies, keyword structures, bidding approaches, and budget allocation plans
• Monitor campaign performance against key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Conduct regular optimization of ads, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad content supports performance objectives
• Execute A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
• Track user journeys and conversion funnels using analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities
• Maintain and validate tracking mechanisms including pixels, tags, and conversion events
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions, including pausing or reallocating spend
• Prepare and maintain performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies and best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and performance measurement
• Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign tracking tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
• High level of ownership and accountability for campaign outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a structured and methodical manner
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with creative and cross-functional teams
