Role Overview:
We are bringing our performance marketing function in-house and building a dedicated team to scale paid acquisition. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing expert to own and scale Google Ads while driving growth with strong discipline on CAC and ROI.This role is outcome-driven and suited for someone who thrives on ownership, experimentation, and numbers.

Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end Google Ads performance (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.)
* Manage and scale large performance marketing budgets efficiently
* Drive user and revenue growth while continuously optimising CAC, ROI, and LTV
* Build and execute an experimentation roadmap: hypotheses, A/B tests, learnings, and scale-ups
* Deep-dive into funnels, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages to unlock performance
* Track, analyse, and report performance using strong analytics and attribution frameworks
* Work closely with product, design, and content teams to improve conversion rates
* Set clear targets and deliver consistently against growth and efficiency metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads at scale
* Proven track record of delivering measurable growth with cost efficiency
* Deep understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, bidding strategies, and funnels
* High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and accountability
* Data-driven with solid command over analytics, dashboards, and insights
* Experimentation-led thinker who can turn insights into repeatable, scalable wins

What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing, with deep focus on Google Ads
* Someone who owns numbers, not just campaigns
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
* Ability to build from scratch and scale as the performance marketing function grows in-house
