We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to support and scale Meta Ads campaigns in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing. The role focuses on executing, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive lead generation while maintaining cost efficiency and return on investment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to test creatives, analyze performance, and make data-backed decisions to improve campaign outcomes. This position offers a strong learning curve, ownership of campaigns, and exposure to real-time marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Improve campaign results by refining targeting, placements, budgets, and lead flow processes
• Launch and test new creatives (static and video) in collaboration with design and content teams
• Scale high-performing campaigns and pause or adjust underperforming ones
• Allocate and manage budgets effectively to meet CPL and ROI targets
• Track and analyze performance across campaigns, geographies, and segments
• Share insights and recommendations to improve creative and campaign performance
• Maintain structured campaign setups with proper naming conventions and organization
• Ensure consistent execution and optimization discipline across campaigns
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Fresher or 0–1 year of experience with a strong interest in performance marketing
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads or digital advertising concepts
