About the Role-
We are hiring a Performance Marketer with an intermediate understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages. This role is focused on daily execution, monitoring, and improvement of paid campaigns and the landing pages that convert that traffic into leads. You are not expected to be an advanced strategist. You must be comfortable working inside ad platforms, reading data, and making practical optimization decisions that improve CPL and lead quality over time.
Key Responsibilities-
Build and scale campaigns: Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit
Generate high-quality leads (form fills and phone calls) across 6 states
Optimize for appointments and sales-qualified leads
Execute retargeting campaigns across Google Display, YouTube, Meta for non-converters
Deploy Google AI: Smart Bidding, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Responsive Search Ads
Leverage Meta AI: Advantage+ Audience, Advantage+ Creative, Advantage+ Placements, Dynamic Creative testing
Build sophisticated retargeting funnels (RLSA, Custom Audiences, dynamic remarketing)
Master GA4: funnel exploration, path analysis, attribution modelling, predictive metrics
Implement UTM parameter taxonomy for granular campaign tracking
Set up advanced conversion tracking: GA4 events, Meta Pixel, CAPI, Enhanced Conversions
Build Looker Studio dashboards tracking performance and conversion metrics
Requirements:
Platform Expertise:
• 4-6 years managing B2C campaigns
• Expert in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads
• Experience with Quora Ads and Reddit Ads
• Advanced retargeting strategy (RLSA, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences)
Technical Skills:
• Expert in GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking
• Meta Pixel, Enhanced Conversions implementation
• UTM parameters and cross-domain tracking
