• Develop and implement performance, compensation, benefits, and job replacement programs aligned with Bank objectives.
• Regularly review and enhance HR policies to improve employee experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of all HR programs across the Bank, subsidiaries, and branches.
• Ensure fair and competitive salaries, incentives, and rewards; conduct market benchmarking.
• Manage employee incentives and benefits, proposing adjustments to maintain equity and competitiveness.
• Conduct salary surveys, pay equity analyses, and recommend adjustments to retain talent.
• Oversee job descriptions, performance management, and employee development plans.
• Support talent management, career path development, and succession planning.
• Resolve employee performance obstacles in coordination with managers and relevant units.
• Participate in business continuity and emergency response plans to ensure operational resilience.
Requirements:
• University degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a similar role.
• Preferably holds a professional HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems and procedures, including performance evaluation, job replacement, benefits, and compensation.
• Familiarity with Jordanian Labor Law and its applications.
• Good understanding of work regulations and their updates (internal and external).
• Proficient in computer use and various applied systems.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to innovate and develop HR programs.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasion and influence skills.
• Presentation skills.
