Description:

Senior Capacity and Availability Engineer

To support on-going Availability and Capacity Planning efforts for monthly reporting for availability and capacity, production support for performance trouble-shooting and capacity analyses for production systems and recently deployed applications.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in performance/capacity management including development of monthly management reports, forecasting and trending of resource usage and correlation with KVIs, as well as service level reporting for availability and response time.

The technical skills sets required include:
•   Strong SQL skills to select, manipulate and summarize metrics captured from various databases
•   Extensive knowledge of Excel
o   PIVOT tables
o   Excellent working knowledge of Teamquest and/or BMC
