Performance Creative Strategist

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can own creative performance across paid channels from insight and ideation to testing, analysis, and scaling. You’ll act as the bridge between performance marketing and creative execution, ensuring ideas are not just “creative” but measurably effective.

If you want to::
• Own the creative strategy for paid channels, aligning messaging and formats with business and performance goals;
• Turn performance data into clear creative insights, concepts, and testable hypotheses;
• Lead creative ideation for new campaigns, angles, and formats like static, video, UGC, and native-style ads;
• Define and prioritize a structured creative testing roadmap across different platforms and funnel stages;
• Brief, review, and guide designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure high-quality, on-strategy output;
• Analyze creative performance to identify scalable patterns in hooks, narratives, visuals, and calls-to-action;
• Continuously iterate on winning creatives to extend their lifecycle and improve efficiency;
• Research competitors, market trends, and platform updates to proactively evolve our creative strategy;
• Document learnings and build internal creative playbooks and best practices;
• Collaborate closely with other teams, contributing to channel strategy and budget efficiency.

• Proven experience driving performance through ad creatives;
• A strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS;
• The ability to think strategically while staying hands-on with concepts, scripts, and creative reviews;
• Comfortable owning decisions and defending creative choices with data;
• Being a clear communicator who can align creative and performance teams.
