About the Role
We are building a category-defining lifestyle brand in the pet space and are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who understands that creative is the growth engine.
Your work will directly influence millions in paid media spend and materially impact revenue. You will collaborate closely with a Senior Creative Strategist and video editors to transform deep consumer insight into high-converting paid social creative.
This role is not about aesthetics. It’s about measurable performance.
Role Overview
Your responsibility is to understand what makes the customer act — and translate that into creative that scales.
You will:
• Identify motivations, objections, and psychological triggers
• Develop structured creative concepts rooted in consumer psychology
• Own the full lifecycle of performance ideation — from research to execution
• Continuously iterate based on performance data
Core Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Execution
• Develop original performance-driven creative concepts
• Write high-converting hooks, scripts, angles, and detailed briefs for editors
• Generate new concepts consistently and iterate on winning angles
• Build creative around structured hypothesis testing
Consumer Research & Psychology
• Conduct deep research into customer personas and emotional drivers
• Analyze reviews, comments, competitors, and market trends
• Identify objections and buying triggers
• Align creative to awareness stages and psychological frameworks
Platform & Performance Expertise
• Deep understanding of Meta advertising ecosystem
• Familiarity with Meta’s Andromeda system and creative-driven scaling
• Build creatives optimized for algorithmic distribution and broad targeting
• Analyze performance data and refine strategy based on insights
Collaboration
• Work directly with video editors to execute concepts to a high standard
• Collaborate closely with senior strategy leadership
• Move fast, iterate often, and respond to performance feedback

• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing
• Ability to write high-converting hooks and scripts
• Experience with awareness stages, persona development, and structured creative testing
• Strong independent thinking and idea generation
