We are looking for an outstanding Client Solutions Manager to join our Microsoft team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and the performance agency landscape in the Greece, and be able to understand the needs of agencies and marketers in order to deliver measurable results against ambitious sales targets.

What You'll Do:
• Client Onboarding and Support: Partner with Client Partners to pitch to and onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads.

• Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist clients with campaign setup, optimization, and budget planning to help achieve their advertising goals.

• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

• Operational Management: Handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure all processes are accurate and timely for each client.

What You'll Need for this Role:
• In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies.

• Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.

• Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus).Structured and analytical mindset.

• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Greek.
