Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for pricing, promotions, product performance, and revenue planning
Monitor execution of commercial plans and flag performance gaps
Analyze performance of product launches, marketing campaigns, and pricing initiatives
Support monthly and quarterly revenue planning cycles
Improve forecasting accuracy by aligning planned vs. actual performance
Collaborate with Category Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
Support business case development for new initiatives and partnerships
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and tools
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance analysis, commercial analysis, or business analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus
Understanding of commercial KPIs and forecasting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
High attention to detail
