Job Profile- PeopleSoft Project Lead

Duration-25 Months

Location- Austin, TX

1. Experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Manager for multiple large PeopleSoft projects.

2. Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials.

3. Experience managing ERP Development Lifecycles.

4. Experience performing PeopleSoft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test

5. Experience with developing PeopleSoft upgrade paths

6. Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.

7. Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)

8. Proven project team building skills

9. Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

10. Ability to alter project direction based on business needs or legislative directions

11. Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development

12. Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.

13. Experience with configuration documentation and review in PeopleSoft 9.2

14. Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft environment 8.8 to 9.2

15. Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and People Tools 8.53

16. Experience with the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management

17. Experience in managing and coordinating functional module leads through a PeopleSoft Implementation or Upgrade

18. Experience with the PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management.

19. Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
