- PeopleSoft experienced candidate with HCM expertise in Profile Management, Succession and Career Planning and other core HR concepts - position management, Job codes etc.

- Should be experienced in succession planning, Career planning, performance management & competency management.

• Should be able to do a high level Technical design, work with offshore for detailed technical design

• Should own and execute the project from on shore and work closely with offshore team to deliver the project.
