10+ years of hands of experience with the full suite of PeopleSoft Financials modules.

5+ years of hands on experience performing business process reengineering using PeopleSoft.

Experience in mapping client business processes to PeopleSoft software with minimal customization

Ability to manage project scope and client expectations

Guide client leadership on the implementation of best practices related to sponsored project administration

Document requirements, issues and assumptions

Facilitate Fit/Gap sessions to determine configuration and identify potential customizations.

Author functional specification documents

Facilitate configuration and application security decisions

Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to accomplish goals and support others

Working in a government project will be a BIG plus.
