PSFT DBA

# analyze the issue raised by the user

# Can provide Solution

# Can help develop custom solution, if required

# Can assist in deployment of the solution

-> Have in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components

-> Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle databases, tuxedo application servers on Unix, process schedulers on both Unix and NT and Weblogic configuration

-> Build, configure, debug and support PeopleSoft applications in a multi-instance hosting environment

-> Analyze issues with Process Schedulers, Application Servers and Web Servers

-> Technical support and maintenance activity on PeopleSoft applications like patching, applying bundles and tax updates.

-> Work in multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools

-> Perform health check, rectify the issues.

-> Experience in Peoplesoft refresh activities including database.

-> Experience in Oracle database admin.

-> Experience in general admin activities like Installations, Configurations, Troubleshooting etc.

-> Experience in 24 x 7 global operations support.

-> Should posses good communication skills.

-> Should be flexible in working on Rotational shifts.
