Job Description

We're looking for a People & Talent Manager to join our People team - someone who's equally at home running a sharp recruiting process and keeping HR operations tight.

GO2 Markets connects buyers and sellers worldwide to facilitate the trading of environmental products and provides advisory services to help organizations develop and implement sustainability strategies.

You'll own end-to-end hiring across all functions while also managing the day-to-day HR work that keeps our team running: contracts, documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and employee support. As a trusted partner to managers and leadership, you'll help us grow with intention - attracting top talent and building the operational foundation for a scaling, mission-driven organization.

This is a full-time, Berlin-based position with an immediate start.
