About the role

We are looking for a passionate and strategic People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join the PEP Team at Amartha. In this role, you will be the key partner of two directorates, working closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You will drive talent development, performance management, and organizational health initiatives to support team growth and effectiveness.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring every touchpoint is meaningful, supportive, and aligned with Amartha's culture and values. This role also acts as a connector between employees and the broader HR functions to solve issues and create alignment on people needs.

We manage the full spectrum of the employee journey, working cross-functionally with all HR units to ensure every A-Team member has a seamless and impactful experience. From building people strategies to activating them through engagement programs, PEP brings together insights, empathy, and execution to foster a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing culture at Amartha.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards related to attrition, productivity, engagement, talent quality, and workforce planning.
• Own analysis of Employee Survey and other engagement tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards across HRIS.
• Collaborate with the HRIS team to improve data structure and reporting capability.
• Support and drive the implementation of performance management, succession planning, and talent development processes.
• Analyze people data and insights to proactively identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Strategy, Business Intelligence, or related strategic roles.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL preferred; BI tools such as Looker/Tableau is a plus).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategic insights.
• Exceptional ability to create high-quality presentation decks (Google Slides / PowerPoint) including structuring narratives, simplifying data visuals, and delivering compelling storytelling backed by data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting insights.
• High attention to detail combined with strong strategic thinking capability.
