About the role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to provide the greatest support to our employees by delivering everyday payroll tasks globally and keeping the employment life cycle running smoothly.

You'll manage salaries, answer employee queries, and collaborate with third-party vendors, as well as contribute to building the infrastructure enabling Revolut's continuous growth.

What you'll be doing

Managing accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for assigned countries
Providing the highest level of service by advising employees on payroll-related questions, ensuring deadlines and SLAs
Ensuring accurate and timely data collection and validation
Liaising with key stakeholders, such as HR, payroll providers, and Finance
Forecasting salaries and bank transfers
Overseeing proper statutory and internal reporting
Participating in payroll audits
Streamlining and documenting internal processes and policies
Enhancing and establishing efficient controls to reduce risk of failing
Spearheading compensation and benefits initiatives in close collaboration with the HR Advisory team

What you'll need

3+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Analyst managing end-to-end cycles
In-depth knowledge of local income tax, social security, pension, statutory leaves, and other payroll elements
Hands-on experience with payroll and HR software
Experience managing payroll integrations and complex systems
Experience in vendor management and working with external partners

Compensation range

Poland: PLN8,700 - PLN13,500 gross monthly*
Lithuania: €2,700 - €3,700 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
