In this role, we aim to expand Global HR Shared Services in Manila and Poland with a proactive People Shared Services Enablement Analyst. They must be driven for data-informed growth using Gsheet/Appscript and Tableau to scale "hire to retire" reporting and performance. With a strong focus on contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do


Performance Reporting: Automate "How We Are Doing" dashboards using Google AppScript to track KPIs, SLAs, and team productivity.


Capacity Planning: Model FTE requirements by comparing planned sizing against actual volume trends.


Transition Management: Lead the reporting workstream for new projects, ensuring tracking is "Go-Live" ready for Manila and Poland.


Strategic Optimization: Investigate data anomalies via JIRA and recommend process changes to improve data integrity.


Stakeholder Sync: Bridge the gap between technical data limits and the needs of SSC leadership and onshore partners.

What you’ll bring


Technical Mastery: Advanced Gsheet (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA) and AppScript skills are mandatory.


Visualization: Proven ability to migrate operational data into Tableau or Looker Studio.


Domain Knowledge: At least 2 years in an SSC/BPO environment, ideally within HR or Finance reporting.


Soft Skills: Autonomous problem-solving and the ability to translate complex data for non-technical users.
