Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Processing (Technical Focus)
• BigQuery Management: Monitor and optimize People data infrastructure, ensuring query performance and system stability.
• Pipeline Automation: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources (Lattice, payroll, internal systems) into unified models.
• Data Cleaning & Preparation: Execute rigorous data cleaning and preparation processes on complex datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency in performance reporting.
Tactical Analytics & Tooling (Execution Focus)
• Data Solutions Development: Translate technical requirements from the People Performance team into functional data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Technical Support in Performance Cycles: Ensure data integrity during appraisal processes, providing key reports for calibration sessions and compensation reviews.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for data models and tools to ensure operational continuity.
Must-have Skills
Technical Mastery (Mid-Senior)
• Data Engineering: Strong experience in Python, advanced SQL, and Spark for processing large-scale datasets.
• Cloud Ecosystem: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) with experience managing data infrastructure.
• Tactical Visualization: Expertise in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools for building operational dashboards.
• Experience with Digital Tools: Strong ability to configure and maximize niche tools (Lattice, DataCamp, PSA) and the Google Workspace suite.
• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows
