Independently own assigned HR processes from start to finish, with the HR Director as a thought partner and escalation point.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within People processes.
Collaborate closely with the HR Director on priorities, decisions, and continuous improvement.
Recruiting & Hiring Support
Own recruiting logistics end to end, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentation.
Partner with the HR Director and hiring managers to keep hiring moving and aligned to business needs.
Track open roles and follow up with stakeholders to drive timely hiring outcomes.
Onboarding, Pre-boarding & Offboarding
Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across regions with accuracy and care.
Coordinate background checks, I-9 compliance, and documentation with the PEO and global vendors, escalating issues as needed.
Develop and facilitate new hire orientation sessions in collaboration with the HR Director.
HRIS, Data & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records across BambooHR, the PEO platform, and electronic personnel files.
Audit data for accuracy and consistency prior to submission.
Generate reports and metrics to support People and leadership decision-making.
Support compliance and policy updates under the guidance of the HR Director.
Benefits & Employee Support
Serve as a first point of contact for employee benefits questions.
Partner with the HR Director and PEO on benefits administration, open enrollment, and issue resolution.
Ensure benefits and compliance matters are followed through to resolution.
Performance & Employee Experience
Support performance management processes, including review cycles, goal tracking, and development initiatives.
Own assigned employee engagement and culture initiatives, partnering with the HR Director on direction and outcomes.
Prepare People-related communications and materials with accuracy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
Foundational HR knowledge and understanding of core people processes.
3+ years of hands-on HR or People Operations experience.
Comfortable working independently while actively collaborating with leadership.
Detail-oriented, organized, and strong at follow-through.
