As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and a trusted partner to employees. You will play a key role in shaping people practices that support business goals, team effectiveness, and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring a healthy, engaged, and high-performing organization.
Your Day-to-Day Mission
• Partner with managers and leadership teams to support business objectives through effective people strategies
• Work closely with team leads on leadership challenges, team development, and performance topics
• Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning during growth and change
• Own and support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
• Design, implement, and continuously improve people processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, PDPs, engagement initiatives)
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, feedback, and workplace matters
• Drive performance management practices, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
• Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities
• Manage employee relations cases with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Administration
• Analyze people metrics and insights to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support change management initiatives and organizational transformations
