People Ops Partner (Data Analytics & Ops) - 2 year contract

With the company growing rapidly, we are looking for a People Ops Partner (Data Analytics & Ops) to join us!

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Provides HR data analytics and consulting to HR Business Partner
• Design & develop data models to support forward-looking HR initiatives with predictive analytics to forecast various business problems
• Provides accurate and timely analysis and insights to enable data-driven management decisions
• Assist HRBP in supporting the HR Digital transformation efforts
• Opportunity to work alongside with HRBP to manage a variety of HR operational matters
• Works with HRBP in driving & supporting people-related agenda & projects (Eg: areas in employee engagement, learning & organisational development and culture building)

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a HR setting (preferred)
• Proficient in using mainstream data analysis & visualisation tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Python etc
• Strong analytical mindset and framework thinking; good at data storytelling
• Good communication & interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels
• Be a team player with a curious and research-oriented mindset to explore and tackle business problems with HR data
• Good knowledge of the local employment act and scope of the various HR functions
