We're looking for an experienced People Ops Generalist (HR Generalist) to join our global People & Culture team. To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who demonstrates high integrity, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail, along with a results-driven mindset. You will support XTM’s global group, focusing on running smooth, reliable People operations day to day, from onboarding and benefits to payroll coordination and employee support. This position is hybrid and offers significant potential for growth. In this role you will:
• Maintain the HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documents.
• Manage payroll processing in coordination with the payroll vendor in Poland.
• Manage benefits plans and benefits platform.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process across the Group.
• Support employees with a range of queries related to policies, procedures and benefits.
• Assist with HR documentation, monitor contract expiration and probationary reviews.
• Conduct annual updates on employee records (holiday entitlements updates, year-end holiday closeout, benefit reviews, etc.).
• Assist with administrative tasks and office management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various People initiatives.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Support People Business Partners on projects and initiatives.
• Support M&A activities, including integration support, as required.
• Be an ambassador of a people-centric culture and driver of company values.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems.
• Experience with coordinating team events.
• A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
• Passion for people, culture, and process improvement
Great to have:
• Experience supporting multi-country teams or remote-first companies
• Previous involvement in M&A or change management projects
