About the Role
At More.com, we believe great companies are built by great people—and that’s where you come in. Our People team is seeking an ambitious People Ops Coordinator to help lead day-to-day people operations and be part of a fast-growing, people-first team.
This isn’t just an admin role. You’ll be right in the middle of everything: from welcoming new hires on their first day, to helping shape the employee experience as we grow. If you’re curious, organized, and love working with people, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Keeping our People operations running smoothly (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, policies—you name it)
• Assisting with HR process improvements and documentation
• Supporting payroll prep and making sure everything is accurate and up to date
• Playing matchmaker in recruitment—scheduling interviews, chatting with candidates, and keeping things moving
• Being the friendly face (and inbox!) employees turn to for HR questions
• Managing and updating our HR systems (HiBob will be your new best friend)
• Jumping into People projects and helping us level up the employee experience
• Helping bring our culture to life through engagement initiatives and internal events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 -3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the tech industry
• Super organized with a sharp eye for detail
• Great sense of confidentiality, someone who handles sensitive topics discreetly
• A people-person with great communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and picking up new tools quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
• Most importantly, someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and get stuck in
Bonus Points If You Have
• Some experience in HR basics (recruitment, onboarding, payroll)
• Experience with HR systems (HiBob = extra points)
• Exposure in fast-evolving environments in Greece and across Europe
