Deine Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende in allen personalrelevanten Themen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen HR Business Partner

• Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt unter Beachtung aller geltenden Vorgaben

• Umsetzung aller Personalmaßnahmen in Workday

• Selbstverantwortliche Optimierung von Schnittstellen und (internen bzw. externen) Prozessen wie z.B. Vor- und Nachbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

• Gemeinsame Betreuung von strategischen Projekten zusammen mit anderen relevanten Business Stakeholdern

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Personal

• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in einem administrativen Bereich

• Zahlenaffinität und eine sehr genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Interesse an neuen HR-Tools und idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Workday

• Sichere Kenntnisse im aktuellen Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

• Erfahrung mit der Lohnabrechnung wünschenswert

• Große Integrität und Sensibilität für HR-Themen, proaktive Kommunikation und hohe Flexibilität

• Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
