Amtech LLC is seeking a highly skilled HR professional with expertise in HRIS administration, HR operations, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will manage core HR systems, streamline HR operational processes, and deliver actionable insights through data and reporting. This role acts as the bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery and data-driven decision-making.
HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems):
● Administer, configure, and maintain HR systems (e.g., Workday, Rippling, Bamboo HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
● Manage end-to-end HR system modules such as Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll integrations, Benefits, and Talent modules.
● Lead HRIS upgrades, implementations, testing, and troubleshooting.
● Ensure system data integrity, security, compliance, and user access management.
● Partner with IT and vendors for integrations with payroll, ATS, and other business applications.
HR Operations:
● Oversee employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation.
● Standardize HR operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
● Manage employee data, contracts, and HR documentation with accuracy.
● Provide guidance on HR processes to employees and managers through ticketing/HR helpdesk systems.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audit needs.
● Support payroll operations by validating HR data and coordinating with finance/payroll teams.
HR Analytics:
● Develop dashboards and reports on workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, etc.).
● Perform advanced data analysis on employee engagement, turnover, compensation, and workforce planning.
● Partner with business leaders to provide insights that drive talent strategies.
● Build predictive models for attrition, hiring needs, and workforce planning (basic statistical and visualization tools).
● Present data insights in business-friendly formats to leadership teams.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
● 2-3 years of experience across HRIS, HR Operations, and HR Analytics.
● Strong knowledge of at least one enterprise HR system (Rippling, Bamboo HR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
● Proficiency in HR data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
● Strong understanding of HR policies, labor law compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
● Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Project management skills for handling HR system implementations or process improvement initiatives.
