Your Role

• Employee Lifecycle:

• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding and ensure smooth and compliant execution of People Operations processes.

• Employee Records:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all personal, employment, and payroll information is complete and compliant with internal and legal requirements.

• Documentation:

• Prepare and process employment contracts, onboarding documents, and other HR-related paperwork: e.g. parental leave, reference letters, etc.

• HRIS:

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Personio, including process or workflow automation.

• Employee Relations:

• Provide general administrative support for employees on queries especially via Personio ticketing system, including those related to benefits, policies, and general People Operations procedures.

• 3+ years of experience in a HR administrative/ People Operations role.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS (ideally Personio).

• Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.

• Fluency in English and German is a must.

• Apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or university degree in a field related to People Operations.

Working Model

• You’re based in Berlin - or ready to relocate here from the start.

• We work in a hybrid setup, and expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week to connect with your peers and business partners.
