Build foundational HR and People Operations skills while working alongside our People team and gaining practical exposure to the employee lifecycle in a global company.
Program Overview:
This program is designed to provide broad exposure to People Operations and Employee Experience within our People Department.
It is suited for candidates with an interest in Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, and HR Administration.
Learning Scope:
• Develop a foundational understanding of how the People function within a fintech environment.
• Gain exposure to employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and engagement initiatives.
• Learn how HR systems, employee records, and internal processes are managed within a growing international company.
• Strengthen organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills through practical tasks and collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Gain insights into employee engagement initiatives, culture activities, and internal People projects.
• Understand the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and employee experience within People Operations.
Tasks and Duties:
• Assist the People Operations team with various employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Assist the People Experience team with employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-related activities.
• Maintain and update employee records across People systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employees with day-to-day People Operations inquiries.
• Assist with reports, presentations, and ongoing People team projects.
• Support ad hoc People team initiatives as needed.
• Support office-related People Experience activities, including preparing welcome materials and employee merchandise.
• Assist with maintaining organized People documentation and internal files.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the People team in day-to-day activities.
Program Details:
• Duration: 8-week internship program.
• Start date: June 15 - 22, 2026.
• Location: Office-based in Cyprus (on-site required).
• Openings: 1
Ideal Candidate:
Curious students, graduates, or Master’s students with an interest in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

Hiring Process:
✔️ Application Screening & Video Assessment Challenge – Applications will be reviewed, and selected candidates will be invited to complete a short video assessment challenge through our platform.
✔️ Talent Acquisition Interview – Successful candidates will be invited to a 15–20 minute video call with the Talent Acquisition team to discuss their background, motivation, and interest in the internship.
✔️ Final Interview – Final shortlisted candidates will meet with our Senior People Manager and Chief People Officer for the final decision.
