THE ROLE:

FloSports is hiring an HR Coordinator to keep our people operations running smoothly. This is a highly detail-oriented, in-office role supporting payroll, onboarding, and core HR processes across the company. A high-impact, in-office role at the center of the employee experience, end-to-end ownership across the employee lifecycle—with visibility, ownership, and a clear path to grow within HR as we build the future of sports media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage background checks and pre-employment processes

• Own onboarding + offboarding administration (HiBob preferred, ADP required)

• Support payroll processing and serve as backup for payroll + benefits

• Coordinate benefits enrollment + onboarding

• Maintain accurate personnel files and employee records

• Process employee changes (status updates, comp changes, etc.)

• Manage new hire swag + onboarding experience

• Partner with HR, TA, and Finance to ensure smooth employee lifecycle operations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 1–3 years experience in HR, payroll, or people operations

• Experience with ADP required (HiBob + ATS a plus)

• Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end

BONUS:

• Experience with Canadian payroll and employment laws
